The Shelby Tigers capped the WMC Jamboree season today at the Lakeside Links course. The 7 team conference played its 7th and final 9 hole match on the 9-hole par 34 WEST course.

Tigers trailed North Muskegon by 2 strokes for the 4th place spot, but the top four players combined for a total score of 196. North Muskegon finished with a 212 and Shelby clinched the 4th place spot with in the WMC.

Senior Tyler Hukill birded hit final hole of his 4 year WMC career to finish with a 10-over par 44. That tied Hukill for the 4th best score of the jamboree.

Freshman Sam Sattleree shot his personal best 9 hole score with a 5-over over ar 49. Senior Chris Schuchardt also shot a 49.

Schuchardt earned Honorable Mention all WMC in his first year of high school golf.

Senior Nicholas Satterlee scored a 54, and sophomore Brandon Rabe shot a 65.

Whitehall wins the WMC Conference Championship with Montague a close second place. Oakridge finished 3rd in the race, North Muskegon placed 5th with Hart and Mason Country a distant 6th and 7th place.

Whitehall Sophomore Stevie Cullen wins his second straigtht medalist honors.

Shelby now moves to the May 29th Regional Tournament at Pigeon Creek GC. on West Olive.
